Lundquist Built Inc. is a California licensed general contractor based in San Clemente, CA, building refined residential projects across coastal Southern California. The company is owned by Blake Lundquist, who brings fifteen-plus years of construction experience and a design-forward sensibility to every project.
Philosophy
Construction shouldn’t be opaque. We work cost-plus on a 20% margin with a 1.25× multiplier — every cost is visible to the client, including contractor pricing on subcontractors and materials. No padding. No hidden buffers. No surprise change orders that happen to land at exactly the customer’s comfort threshold.
Pace
We move at the pace of craft, not the pace of schedule. The calendar bends to the work, not the other way around. Our standard isn’t “good enough for the timeline” — it’s what we’d build for our own family.
License + Compliance
Lundquist Built Inc. holds a California State License Board General Building (B) license (CSLB #TBD), is bonded and insured, and maintains workers’ compensation coverage. Every project is contracted in full BPC §7159 compliance with itemized scope, payment schedule, and change-order procedures documented before the first day of work.

Blake Lundquist
Blake owns Lundquist Built and stays hands-on through every stage — scope, budget, and the cost-plus transparency the company is built on. The person you start the conversation with is the one who sees the project through to the final walkthrough.
Paul Jacinto
Paul runs the build itself — framing, sequencing, and coordinating the trades on site. He is the one making sure the work is right before it ever gets covered up.
Seth Lewis
Seth manages projects day to day — scheduling, subcontractors, and on-site coordination — and keeps homeowners informed at every step.
