Owner’s representation + consulting
For clients running their own build with a different general contractor, we can serve as owner’s rep — reviewing bids, attending construction meetings, advocating for quality and budget integrity on the owner’s behalf.

We build across South Orange County — San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch, Talega, Mission Viejo, and the surrounding coastal communities. In North County San Diego we build as Jacinto Built — same partners, same crews, same standard.
Is Lundquist Built a licensed contractor?
Yes. Lundquist Built Inc. holds California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) License #1155885, Class B (General Building). The company is owner-led by Blake Lundquist.

Who will I work with on my project?
Blake Lundquist and Paul Jacinto run the company together and are both on every project — one of them walks your property, and both stay on it through completion. On site, Seth Lewis is your primary day-to-day contact, with Tyler Watts alongside him.
