We walk the project, understand the vision, and talk through scope, budget range, and timeline. The conversation tells us — and you — whether the project is a fit.
Design & Planning
Drawings, selections, and a detailed plan so there are no surprises once we break ground. We coordinate with architects, designers, and structural engineers so the team moves as one. Every client also gets a private, room-by-room space to gather inspiration and make finish selections at their own pace — plus a printable worksheet to mark up with their designer or vendors.
Build
A small number of projects at a time means yours gets real attention. You stay in the loop on cost, decisions, and schedule throughout — daily on-site presence, regular updates, and a single point of contact from start to finish.
Walkthrough & Handoff
We walk the finished work together, address the punch list, and stand behind what we built — a one-year workmanship warranty on everything we touched, plus manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment.
